following zip files contains 25 images.
Download ONE of them and find the images that have the wrong file
extension (by opening each one in Paint and saving it).
TASK 2
Create at
least 3 different backgrounds. You can
take advantage of tiling or create large backgrounds if you prefer.
Critique each
of your own backgrounds. (Is it
good? Pros? Cons?)
EXTRA TASK
Answer the
following questions:
a)
How
many pixels are there in an image that is 800 pixels by 600 pixels?
b)
Consider
the image in a). If each pixel’s colour
requires 3 bytes (24 bits) of storage in memory, approximate the file size in
bytes.
c)
If
you crop the same image so that it is now 600 pixels by 600 pixels, how many
pixels will it have in total?
