• An animation software with many tools.

• Open source software for Windows and Mac.
• As of 2020, it has stability issues. Saving your product is also an issue.

BLENDER

• Very powerful software that can be used for 2D animation, 3D animation, 3D modelling and video editing.

• Open source software for Windows, Mac and Linux
• Pro: Very powerful
• Con: The interface is confusing and requires the knowledge of MANY shortcut keys. One must commit to learn this software in order to master it.

PIVOT ANIMATOR

• A stickfigure animation program that is easy to use but has limited capabilities.

• Windows only (for the moment)
• Older versions were fun to use.

K-3D

• The forms manipulation. Open source.
• No development since 2010 (as of 2020).
• Interface is confusing (at least at first).
