MEMBER NAMES Learn your
team members’ names. TEAM NAME Determine a
team name ROBOT NAME Determine a
robot name. You can change this name
as you build your robot. GROUP PHOTO TASK You must
take a photo of your team. You can
include your robot if you would like.
If a student is absent and you cannot take the photo later, you must
find a clever way to include that student into your photo. INDIVIDUAL MEMBER PHOTO TASK You must
take a photo of each member with your robot.
You should stage it so that each photo looks awesome. You are encouraged to use different types
of shots such as: ·
A
close up of the member’s face and arms working on the robot. ·
The
member driving the robot. ·
The
member assembling a part of the robot. ·
The
member sketching a part of the robot on the board (or on a page). ·
You
can even include a comical photo such as the robot driving over a
member. Of course, you must always
consider safety before doing any staging. ROBOT PHOTO TASK You must
take at least two photos of your robot. FEATURES TASK You need to
show a few (2 or 3) of the features on your robot. Take a photo that demonstrates each
feature. To know
which features to consider, ask yourself the following questions:
OPTION EXTRA TASK Here are a
few ideas that you can include:
SUBMISSION You will
create a Google Slides document that will contain all of your photos. Each photo should be on its own slide along
with a title and perhaps a caption or explanation if you need one. Photos
should appear in the following order: Title page
(with your team name & all team member names) Group photo Individual
member photos (4-5 slides) Robot
photos (2-3 slides) Robot
features photos (2-3 slides) Optional
extra photos (1-4 slides) |
