The 7474 IC contains two D Flip Flops.

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS

Use the 555 timer to provide a clock signal to a D Flip Flop. Connect both Q and Q¹ to LEDs to show the outputs. Now, when you change D, Q should respond but only when the clock’s signal rises.
