Wick Editor is a free open source online software that allows for both animation as well as interactivity.

As of 2020, it is very much in development and big changes seem to be coming soon. Nevertheless, the tool is already very powerful.

The program is created using the JavaScript language.

FEATURES

The program features classic animation concepts including frame by frame animation, tweening, movie clips with their own timeline and onion skinning.

The program can save to GIF as well as to HTML (very cool).
