Hints

• The flashing light is really simply a circle that changes continually between blue and red. Only the top of it is shown as it is behind the vehicle (different layers).
  
  
• You can create the flashing light by creating a circle, then at the bottom of the Inspector panel, choosing Make Clip. Then, you can choose Edit Timeline to edit the timeline of the circle.
  
  
• You can return to your main project by hitting Project at the bottom left.
  
  
• Once you have your flashing light and your vehicle, you simply need to tween them across the screen.
