VISUAL COMMUNICATION

ACTIVITY – DRAWING TOAST

This activity will allow you to visually communicate an algorithm. Only do one part at a time and do not read ahead.

PART 1

Take out a single piece of paper. Using no words, draw how one makes toast.

PART 2

Cut a piece of paper into several small squares that are a few inches big. You can cut up more than one page if you want.

Now use these small pages to redo the process from above: How does one make toast?

PART 3 (OPTIONAL)

Repeat Part 2 but in groups.
