DESCRIPTION
Use
the famous Liquify tool to enlarge the eyes of a
person. As you can see from the images
above, if you take the effect too far, the image no longer looks
realistic. At the same time, you want to
take it far enough so that it is visible.
Inside
the Liquify tool, you will have to adjust your
settings so that your brush pulls outwards.
REQUIRED TOOLS
- Filter > Distort > Liquify
