Dans Windows, si on pèse la touche ALT pendant qu’on tape un code numérique, on insère un symbol spécial tel qu’une lettre avec un accent. Ceci est très convenable pour insérer des accents quand on tape en français.

In Windows, if we press the ALT key while entering a specific number code, the computer will then insert a special symbol such as a letter with an accent. This is very convenient when needing to type French accents.
