PRACTICE
MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS
- The MC
questions are challenging. You
absolutely need to practice some to get a good feel for them.
- It is
common for a MC question to take up an entire page because you need to
analyze code.
- Unfortunately,
multiple choice questions from past exams are not released publicly.
- See Mr.
Campeau’s page on Exam Practice - Multiple Choice for more details.
PRACTICE
FREE RESPONSE QUESTIONS
- In the
Free Response questions, you will write code as well as answer questions
about the code.
- It is
important that you practice to write your code on paper.
- If you
are permitted to use an IDE (permitted during the pandemic), you need to
be aware that you will not have all the code for a program. So the IDE will show many errors in
your code (as some files will not be there). Your IDE could actually slow you
down. You need to practice this.
